Naisha was taken inside the house by the butler, as she entered the mansion she was frozen stiff, her body was incapable of moving as if it had mind of its own.
All her family members were there, her grandparents, parents, siblings, and sister in law.
They looked like they were anticipating her arrival.
She didn't know how to react or what to say. Even though she came to apologise and ask forgiveness.
She didn't know how or where to start.
Her family looked at her, silently observing her or rather anticipating her to say something.
Naisha took a deep breath, debating mental what say?
'Naisha baby, breath in and breath out, you can do it. They are your family and they deserve your apology. Don't expect too much on the forgiveness tho'
Naisha took a deep breath, she looked at her family members, with her gentle yet slightly husky voice due to her crying before. She voiced out whatever came in her mind.
"Mum, dad I.. I am sorry, I hope you forgive, I am sorry for being stupid, I am sorry for being unfilial, I am sorry I didn't listen to you. I will be good. Please... forgive"
Naisha said all those things in one breath and started silently sobbing as her tears rolled down her cheeks, Naisha looks even more pitiful and weak than she was before.
She didn't know if they will forgive her or she will ever get her family back.
But she felt lighter as if her some of her burdens vanquished. Maybe the 2 years of guilt lighten a bit.
Her family were shocked by her sudden outburst, no one has expected the arrogant Naisha who abandoned her family would bow her head down and willing to accept her mistake.
They smiled with a knowing look.
She has grown up a lot, they felt guilty that she had to suffer for 2 years but it was the best way to teach her lesson and show the world beyond the walls isn't as beautiful as it seems.
Her mother walked towards her.
Embracing her, telling her it's fine.
"Ah, my child you have suffered but at least you have learned to accept your mistake. Don't feel ashamed. We are your family"
Naisha choked with overwhelming emotions forming in her heart when she heard mother, she cried even more in her mothers embrace.
"Mother am sorry, please forgive me"
Her mother, patted her head, telling its fine. She looked at her husband hopeless.
Ewan Kingswood was astonished, he has never seen his youngest daughter cry.
He was happy that she was back also felt a strong hatred towards her scum of a husband.
That man never deserved his outstanding daughter.
But he has never comforted anyone so he just smiled at the mother and daughter reunion. He also joined in the hugging session.
Naisha wonders why did she leave her wonderful family for a man who never appreciated her. As she hugged her parents she realised something 'blood is thicker than water.'
