John nodded and spoke, "I will be personally guiding the research team on the direction of grain research so that they don't go in circles and also so that we optimize the resources at hand. And since I won't have much time on my hands, I will only be guiding on research direction. This way I can focus on multiple projects and not neglect the administrative duties at the same time."
