Case one (Luna's pov)
"Another mystery, another case, another customer." Thanos muttered before things started happening all at once. The table shook, the lamps rattled, Louie was frantically clawing at the window. I was grabbing for something to protect myself while trying to grab Louie. Thanos was quietly sitting down sipping coffee in all the chaos. Herald was staring in shock at the cracks forming on the ceiling and the wall. Then it all stopped and someone knocked on the door. Me, Louie and Herald all glanced at the door. Thanos just got up calmly and swung open the door with a huge grin on his face. Which looked like the Cheshire Cat grin cut up and pasted awkwardly.
"Welcome to Thanos Private Agency. How may I help you today, minister?" Thanos asked spitting the last word like poison in which he was forced to swallow.
"Now as the best agency in town, I want you and your team to help investigate a private cause in which no one must know but your team until the case is solved. Understand?"
"I understand. But we have two tenny tinny problems." "What is it?" The minister asked impatiently
"Firstly, if we were to accept the case, what would we get? Secondly if me and my team were to take on this 'case' of yours, we are going to need a few... How do I put it? Special access to certain things and places, I don't know, how about the castle? And the country's records. As long as you meet our requirements it's a deal. So what do you say Minister?" Thanos tested. He knew that unless the case is desperate, the authorities would not agree.
"As this is a huge case of course you will be rewarded handsomely. As for the special access. Hmmm... We have a deal. However you must have an escort with you during the period of time or it will count as trespassing." I was surprised and I could tell that Thanos was surprised too, but he recovered quickly. The case must be pretty important if they are giving us access to the exclusive castle.
"It's a deal then. Come in, come in, sit down and tell us what you want us to do."
The minister toned down and with barely a whisper he told us what had happened and what we needed to do. "You want us to do what!!" Herald exclaimed. "Oh no! Oh no no no no no. That is too dangerous and... and who know what will become of us if we were to do this. We could be jailed or worse exiled or even worse sentenced to death." After the minister told us what our case was, Herald protested all the way, however he was outnumbered. After the minister had left, Thanos told us what we need to do. Our team is the best for a reason. Unlike the rest of the world, me, Louie, Herald and Thanos has a gift. Thanos gathers people with the gift and created this agency. However, he only found 3 of us out of the other 12 there are in the world. That's us the private detectives.
As Louie transformed back to human, he said "So the queen wants us to find out what happened to the missing sacred Crown Jewels and we need to find out who did it. Typical royal problems."
