" Ziyi prepare the Operating Room for me with utmost secrecy." Dr. Lu An Wei instructed Dr. Shang Ziyi, the head of the Surgery Department at Hope General Hospital.
"What happened An Wei? Who's hurt? Are you hurt?"Dr. Shang asked worriedly to An Wei.
"Just do it!"
".." This was the first time she heard him like this. Even when his father had a heart attack he was so calm then.
She immediately instructed her assistant to prepare the OR. To avoid others knowing this, she personally prepared the table together with her trusted assistant Nurse.
They called their trusted colleagues to assist in the operation.
She saw Dr. Lu carrying a girl in his arms with a gunshot wound on her upper right shoulder. He gently placed her on the operating table. It seems that she lost a lot of blood from her pale face, but even though she is pale, you can still see that she is beautiful and resembles Dr. Lu.
They immediately operated on the girl and ran some tests knowing Dr. Lu he would take all the precautions. It took five hours of operation due to some complications and after that, she was sent to the ICU for monitoring.

Dr. Lu reads the report but upon seeing the last page he is shocked to know that she is pregnant.
"Who is she?" Dr. Shang asked The question that has been bugging her from the time she received An Wei's call.
"My sister."
"..." she's been friends with Dr. Lu since they were kids but she didn't know that she has a sister.
Seeing the confusion on Ziyi's face he explained "She is my long lost half sister whom we thought had died when she was only one. "
"But do you know what happened to her? Does she have a family? Where is her husband? And how did you know that she is your sister?" Asked the confused doctor to her friend.
" I don't know what happened. I just saw her lying on the road and when I got to her she opened her eyes and I saw my sister's deep green eyes. I immediately checked for the Lu family birthmark , and then I saw it."
Dr. Shang remembered the lotus flower birthmark of the patient 4 cm away from her gunshot wound. So that is why she thought the birthmark that she saw seemed familiar because she had seen the same birthmark from her friend. "Have you informed your brother? Why do you want the operation a secret?"
"I haven't informed brother yet I only called brother Xian and asked him to investigate further."
"...." Dr. Shang wanted to ask more but she knew her friend, he would talk if he wanted to.
"Weeks ago Brother Xian told us that Tan"er was adopted by a military couple but a year after she was adopted they were killed and no one knows what happened to the child. That is why while we don't know the truth behind what happened from the day her adoptive parents were killed I should be careful."
His phone vibrated from his coat, he immediately answered "An Wie how is Tan'er? Brother Xian informed me about it. I'm on my way!"
