These words echoed in kaushiki's ears again and again, as she at the entrance of the fort.

She held her hairs, as she couldn't withstand what was happening to her. She ran from there into the woods covering her ears, as she was scared to hear those words.

kaushiki felt some strange feeling, while she was in that fort. She couldn't understand what was happening to her.

Her mates followed her, as they were scared why she is running into the woods, without any trace.

Kaushiki was panting, she fell on her knees and shut her eyes, as her head started to ache .

" Arhh! what is happening to me?"

Her friends started to search for her, by shouting her name.

" Maa! maa!!" She murdered, started to shed fresh warm tears.

She hugged her knees and cried aloud. She was weeping like a child.

In between her sobs," Maa! Maa!! I'm ... I'm..scared...!"

Kaushiki!! kau.... kaushiki!!!!! screamed her friend, as she noticed, teary Kaushiki.

She slowly, placed her hand on kaushiki shoulder and pressed it. Kaushiki looked at her with teary eyed and cried hugging her," Swapnika! Swapni...!!"

" Shhhh...!! I'm here only kaushiki!! Don't... Don't worry!" Swapnika hugged her back, assuring her nothing is going to happen.

" Swapnika! those...those words...," she sobbed holding up her tears.

Swapnika, was scared to she her best friend in that condition. Kaushiki didn't do anything to this extant before.

" N.... Nothing is going to happen, Kaushiki!" she assured again, holding her hand.

"Kaushiki!!!" screamed her other three friends, Sagar,Viraj, and Gaurav, as they noticed noticing Kaushiki with Swapnika.

" Kaushiki!" they slowly called her, as they approched them.

" Swapnika?! is she alright?" they asked.

Swapnika was not in a state to answer. She just nodded, caressing kaushiki hair.

" Swapnika! it's not good to be here in the woods. We should go back to hotel, everyone should be waiting for us there!" Gaurav spoke.

" What Gaurav said was true, come let's head back to hotel!" Sagar said while Viraj nodded in agreement.

They five got back to their rooms, but we're pinned by other students, as why they just disappeared without a word.

Swapnika took Kaushiki to her room,and made her take rest for a while. Sagar, Viraj and Gaurav were called by their professor's.

" Could any one in three of you, please explain what just happened?" shouted professor, Dinkar.

" Sir! I think it will be better if we stop to drag about it!" Gaurav spoke, making his professor give a sharp look at him.

"What are you talking Gaurav? Have you gone nuts?! What would have happened if she was attacked by any wild animal in that forest?"

" She just ran away in the middle and you four didn't even told us what was happening and just followed her, without giving any information!!"

" Why are we here, then? to Dance?" Dinkar yelled at them.

Swapnika entered there and stood beside Viraj.

" How is she now, Swapnika?" professor, Acharya inquired.

" I made her take rest for some time, sir."

" Sir! I apologise on behalf of her. She did that out of blue. She doesn't even remember what just happened sir. So, please ignore this time. We will take care of her, carefully from now onwards!"

" Fine! I understand Swapnika. But just understand that, if something happens we are responsible for your life. So, please take care of her well."

" Thank you, sir!" she said, looking at the professors.

" Fine! Go to your rooms now!"he ordered.

They left to their rooms following his order.

" Urgh...! Really, I'm going nuts," Sagar shouted, hitting the chair.

" Sagar! please, don't make a fuss about it now!" Viraj warned.

" Do you think, what just happened was cool?" Sagar raised his voice.

" Sagar, please.... be calm. Swapnika, go to your room, Kaushiki would be searching for you, if she wakes up!" Gaurav spoke.

" Sagar! I know you were scared but more than that, I was scared to death. So, please don't talk about this with kaushiki later! This is my request!" Swapnika said, and left from there.

Viraj gently placed his hand on Sagar shoulder while Gaurav patted his back.

Swapnika quitely sat on the chair, looking at kaushiki.

Swapnika held kaushiki hand, and rubbed with her tumb on her hand.

"Sleep well, kaushiki. you need some rest to your mind. It is giving you hard time," she said stroking her hairs.

Heaving a deep sigh, she placed her hand on the bed, and went to the balcony to get some fresh air.

Standing there, she stared at the dark sky with bright twinkling stars.

" God! Why is Kaushiki like that? do you know what is happening in her mind?" she asked looking at the sky.

"Make her strong. She is having some hard time. I hope you can do this for her," she prayed, closing her eyes.

Kaushiki stirred in asleep involuntarily as she was sweating badly. sweat beads were forming on her neck, forehead as she was murmering something.

Kaushiki felt a sudden jerk and opened her eyes. Her dark almond shaped eyes scanned the surroundings as she took a heavy breath of relief.

"Oh, you got up?" Swapnika asked, as she entered into the room.

" Ugh... I was..." she held her head, as it starts hurting.

Alerted Swapnika, " Are you fine, Kaushiki?"

"Drink some water." she said, making her drink some water.

" Did anything happened before?" Kaushiki questions, Swapnika.

" Ahhh.... nothing.! nothing happened!!" she lied.

Rubbing her for head, she spoke," I know some... something happened to me Swapnika! please tell!"

" Nothing, Kaushiki! take some rest!"she said and got up, but kaushiki held her hand. Swapnika turned to her, looking at kaushiki.

" Please... tell me what happened Swapnika?"

" I promise! i will tell you later."

Kaushiki nodded, while she stared at the dark sky, through the window.
