Nalan Chunbo did not realize he had hurt the girl below him. He kept pulling Wen Shan's arm and stumbled towards her. She was forced to step back until she was backed against a wall.
Wen Shan's breathing was heavy, and she was trembling in shock.
"Papa? Do you know what a father is? He is a scumbag!" Nalan Chunbo shouted loudly. His grip on her arm was so strong it felt like he could break Wen Shan's arm at any time.
"You like me, right? Do you know how filthy I am? Do you know that my presence is proof of a woman's despicable crime? What else? It means repaying kindness with ingratitude. It means disgust and filth. Can you still have feelings for a person like this?" Nalan Chunbo's voice was getting louder as his nails dug into her skin. Wen Shan wanted to pull her arm away to stop the pain, but Nalan Chunbo never let it go.
"Papa Nalan, please let me go! Nalan—"
"Don't ever call me papa," Nalan Chunbo roared, cutting her off.
