Ye Yuwei turned and looked at the man sitting on the bed. "What does this incident have to do with him?"
Gu Juexi raised his head upon hearing Ye Yuwei's words. "You still lack understanding of your son." Gu Juexi sighed as he shut his laptop loudly. Ye Xicheng shuddered at Gu Juexi's sudden movement.
Ye Yuwei turned around and looked at Ye Xicheng.
Gu Juexi stood up and walked over to Ye Xicheng, placing his hands on Ye Xicheng's shoulders. "As my son you should do things openly. A different outcome of your expectations should not be an excuse for your actions. You can't say it wasn't intentional when the results are different."
Ye Xicheng's body tensed and his hands clenched into fists. His hatred for Gu Juexi remained, but he couldn't deny that Gu Juexi was teaching him something his mummy couldn't.
Gu Juexi had stated it clearly. It was impossible for Ye Yuwei to not understand.
"Gu Juexi, he is still a child."
