"Women can be really scary when they get serious," Gu Juexi muttered as he glanced at Ye Yuwei's phone.
"You had better not mess with me or I might drug you," Ye Yuwei threatened.
The car arrived at their destination as they talked.
The only advantage of being in a rural area was that you could get to places very quickly as there were no traffic lights.
Ye Yuwei got down from the car while looking at her phone when Gu Juexi suddenly snatched it out of her hand. "You are already average-looking. You wouldn't want it to make it worse by falling on your face."
Ye Yuwei didn't know what to say. Could this man really not talk nicely?
To her surprise though, Ye Yuwei noticed that Gu Juexi was in a better mood now compared to earlier. Was it because he was now certain that Gu Tianmu had nothing to do with all this?
