On the way home, Ye Yuwei received a call from Xiao Yaojing. A loud shriek came from the other end of the line before she could speak.
"Wen Tao is crazy! Is he out of his mind? He'll say anything! He told my mother that he is my boyfriend and now my mom is on her way here!"
Ye Yuwei was driving while listening to Xiao Yaojing shouting. The corner of her lips curled upwards.
"Isn't that a good thing? Otherwise your mother would urge you to go on blind dates again. The last time I met your mother, she asked me to set up a date for you."
"Never mind that! The real problem now is that my mother is coming. She is coming! She has already bought the flight tickets and is coming here right now with my dad!" Xiao Yaojing huffed, exasperated. She paced up and down her unit angrily.
Ye Yuwei's mood improved significantly. She had to admit that PA Wen made a brilliant move.
