Nalan Chunbo had just reached the hotel when Gu Juexi called. Ye Yuwei had gone to her room to unpack her things and Nalan Chunbo went into his room to answer the call when he saw Gu Juexi's number.
"Ye Shu was there," said Gu Juexi quietly when Nalan Chunbo put the phone to ear. "I'm sure of it even though it was just a glance."
Nalan Chunbo was curious now. Why that place? What did uncle go to that place for?
"So the third patriarch was the untrustworthy one," Nalan Chunbo concluded, frowning.
"Do you think you could take me to the Bai family? I need to see these patriarchs," Gu Juexi asked suddenly.
Nalan Chunbo was surprised at Gu Juexi's request.
