In the presidential suite of Qian Feng Hotel, a woman was standing by the window with a glass of red wine in her hand when Qian Yikun entered the room. Her lips that were as red as poppy flowers were curved upwards.
"What are you doing, Bai Yuyan?" Qian Yikun slammed the door and confronted her angrily.
Bai Yuyan leaned against the windowsill and smiled coyly. "Do you feel sorry for her?" She asked as she looked at Qian Yikun. Her voice was raspy and coarse, like tumbling raw sugar.
"I didn't help you escape for you to stir up all this trouble, Bai Yuyan." Qian Yikun walked to where Bai Yuyan was and put one hand on the windowsill.
Bai Yuyan still had a bandage wrapped around her wrist, and her voice that was not completely gone but severely damaged was also an aftermath of the escape.
