Chereads / Hackerman / Chapter 7 - Memories

Chapter 7 - Memories

"so what's next, what's the plan?" our hero had his own problems, he lost his memories, witnessed the tragedy of wasted ramen, etc. But now, team eleven's problems became his. Such... is the life of a hero. Anyway, Hackerman found out that Ben and Jeffrey were planning on driving north in a straight line, away from the city, as it had been 3 years since they arrived there. They believed that Hackerman's arrival was a sign, to leave. They were going to explore the country, to see what they could do about the calamity. The trip was going to be long, plus it wasn't much of a trip, seeing as they would be exploring with not much of a destination, but Hackerman had different motives too, he had a destination, that he hadn't told team eleven about. One of his memories returned, he remembered a face, a lady, around his age. He didn't remember her name or who she was, but he just knew, that she was related to him, somehow. The two of them were in lab coats, she was smiling, as if something good just happened, they were in front of a glass window, looking at lots of people from a higher up room. The people were all workers, they were building something. When he turned back toward the lady, she was behind him, next to a door. She went out, and he followed. She led him down a dark corridor, somewhere he hadn't been before. "just a little more power", she kept muttering. He asked her what was wrong, she kept smiling and said "nothing". A few seconds later he could make out the silhouette of a door, this one was different. The other doors were all grey, with the same logo on them, a black square, inside it, a white circle, and inside that, a golden triangle, and at the center of the logo, a silver compass. This door however, was white and had the same logo but entirely black. While I was absorbed in looking at the logo, the mystery lady had gotten behind me, "you, are the last step" she whispered in my ear as the door opened, revealing a circle on the ground and a panel next to it. And that was all I remembered.
