In his palms were her wrists that were roaring loudly, groaning to move. But he continued to pin her down onto the tatami floor.
"10th Prince, are you alright? It was my inability to protect you." Exhaled the weak kitty pinned onto the floor by this handsome Prince she just met long ago.
"It's alright, Lira." sighed the 10th Prince with slight concern. However he then remembered his true mission. He must not be blinded by the mask of a beauty. The fear in her eyes slowly faded, he began his mission.
He stared down towards those hazel eyes full of questions, but he mostly notices the blushing cheeks.
"You did a good job pushing the table aside."
"Thank you 10th Prince." She said with relief.
"However," a devilish smirk spread onto the 10th Prince's face, a new side of him which he was exposing to Lira, "what if, that was an assassin?"
"I'm sorry Prince I..."
He started growling with laughter, "It's not an excuse! It's only your first day on the job and you're already causing your master - a royal descent. The 10th Prince of Mitcha trouble?" He tried to slur at those last words to make Lira feel extremely guilty. He achieved that as she looked extremely startled, she even looked away from those ruby red eyes of his. Her eyes were marked with this sense of hollowness. He feels extremely guilty, but he knows he has to do this.
The 10th Prince removes one of his hand from grasping his Heart Servant's delicate hands. Clipping her by the chin squeezing both cheeks while drawing himself closer to her.
"Starting tomorrow. No, right now. You, Lira, have to work at the laundry until I say you don't have to?" She seemed to have a few questions flying in her eyes, "As for serving and protecting me. You should think about what you did wrong today before you have that right."
Lira only smiled smoothly to hide all emotions and thoughts she was controlling herself not to say. "Yes, my 10th Prince."

After that incident Lira quietly dismissed herself from the temporal grasp of the 10th Prince. She heads towards her new mission without knowing where she has to go. Where in this enormous palace of identical furnishing does she have to go? She only recognises her new home, the simplicity she had just begun to anticipate everyday. However she knows a Prince's order is unable to be denied unless she has a death wish. Biting her tongue she walks towards down an almost endless path.

"That was quick my 10th Prince," exclaimed a mysterious man clothed in black. He slyly hid within the shadows. He was the 10th Prince's secret assistant. His loyal assistant working in the shadows.
The 10th Prince gave out a lazy smirk, "Indeed." He casts his gaze towards the figure behind the Shoji that leads to an empty tatami room. "Let the trial begin my friend."
The assistant giggles ever so slightly, "Yes my Prince." He doesn't want to wait a second to continue trailing Lira, just in case something might happen in the process of his absence.
"Wait Kael," The Prince hesitated, "She seems innocent, but don't go easy on her, set a up a few traps and see her reaction. Also stay low."
Kael responds swiftly to the Prince's wishes before disappearing into the shadows of the palace.
To track, wait and see what Lira's motives are; and whether or not she is someone who the 8th Prince had set up to trick his Prince.
After the dismissal of Kael the 10th Prince's mind begins to wander. He was taught at birth and understood this particular concept very easily - 'don't trust anyone, not even the one you love most.' That was the last message the 10th Prince's mother had told him before leaving this world.
To this day he still has some doubts about Kael, but secretly the 10th Prince has always been depressed by this so called human emotion - loneliness. Although he doesn't show it and has already gotten used to it. But... deep down he can still feel loneliness. He has gotten used to it after the funeral of his mother... Either than all his scheming royal brothers and sisters. Kael - he is the only one left for him to consider as family. He doesn't shed a tear about it, but that doesn't stop him from feeling emotions; and he knows that's going to be the feeling everyday when he ascends that cold throne.
