she was a little scared in the beginning. Ofcourse who wouldn't be, they would think of him as a monster although i wouldn't because I'm a doctor and everyone's equal in my eyes. Ahhhh what a lame joke. I don't know i just wasn't scared of him when i first met him though i did pity him for being hurt so much. I took a glance at Lin because i was worried he might be feeling sad because of people looking at him in such a way. But i guess he has got used to it by now. Then i assured her that he's just like a normal person except for that he won't eat any veggies only animal meat. Since she trusted me she was willing to take the risk and started interacting with him. After a long conversation everything just seemed normal just that the kid still didn't know about this.
Then i reminded her of how she wanted to repay me. She was interested to know what she could do to help. I entrusted Lin to her family and in return Lin would protect them. Then Lin started protesting that why do i need to do this. I asked him," Where do you plan on going? Do you really have a place to return to and you're not going to live here for free you'll be protecting their family and live with them from generation to generation. Then he agreed and i told the lady that he will be staying with you till your next generations and will protect her family from all the harm. She agreed. Then she hesitated a little and told me, " Ummm.... after you were gone a man helped me a lot in buisness if not for him i would not be able to make it. That man and i are in love and wanted to get married but we were waiting for your return. Now i can finally get married and my child will have a father. Can you please give me your blessings? and also you have to attend our wedding." Now i thought in my mind i have only 4 days left how will i be able to attend it. I looked at Lin. Then i told her, "Alright but I'll only attend if you get married in two days."
She looked at me suspiciously. I laughed and said," What are you thinking? I'm not dying yet. It's just that I need to leave to somewhere very far away in three days and we'll never be able to meet again and i cannot take Lin with me that's why I'm trusting him to you."...........
