Chapter 101 - The Mother Of The Captain

Shen Chengfeng did not reply. He did not care about what his mother was wearing on his back.

Yan Jun stopped his hand movements and was about to say something.

Once Shen Chengfeng was sure that the wound did not continue bleeding, he put on his clothes and started buttoning the buttons one by one.

"Cough, cough."

Yan Jun sat on a chair nearby and asked probingly, "Have you been very busy recently? You don't come home often. "

"Iron Eagle is training the recruits."

"You are the captain, so you don't need to stay here 24 hours a day. Mom's good friend, Sir Bernard, has returned. I heard that his daughter is 25 years old this year, and she's a medical doctor."

Shen Chengfeng poured a glass of water and pushed it in front of his mother, who was talking nonchalantly. He interrupted her, "Can she be immune to me?"

Holding the cup of tea in her hands, Yan Jun took a sip of tea and forced a smile as she said, "I'm not sure about that."

"Mother, do you think I should marry and have children?"

"Cough, cough."

Yan Jun choked. She put down the teacup and covered her mouth as she said, "Mother didn't want you to have a child. She just wanted to see you with a woman by your side."

"Don't you think it's selfish to leave a woman with someone like me?"

"Yes, very selfish, but my son, what if she is willing?"

"Mother, are you willing not get closed and hold father for the rest of your life?"

Yan Jun twitched her lips feeling embarrassed, she can't even repute her son words. She changed the topic and said, "I will go back and ask your second brother to study it as soon as possible. If the medicine is effective this time, I think that there will be a greater breakthrough in the future. Perhaps one day, my third son will recover and return to normal."

"Mother, the door is to the right."

Shen Chengfeng picked up the teacup and looked at the ripples in the tea as he spoke in a light tone.

Yan Jun held the door lock with one hand and turned around to look at her son with a serious expression. She could not help but sigh and shake her head.

A group of people walked out of the dormitory.

The sun was like fire, burning the earth, and there seemed to be no breeze in the air.

Xiao Jing was drenched in sweat as she ran into the camp. The moment she took off her backpack, she felt as if she had been reborn.

"Stand at attention, salute!"

the officer shouted at the top of his voice.

Xiao Jing panted as she looked towards the source of the voice, only to see a group of people surrounding a woman who seemed to be bringing her own body of light.

When Yan Jun noticed a small figure twenty meters away, she stopped.

Xiao Jing hurriedly stood up and saluted to the woman.

"It seems i have seen him somewhere."

Yan Jun waved her hands at the group of people behind her, signalling them not to follow her, and strode towards Xiao Jing.

Xiao Jing's mind worked quickly as she searched through her memory when she had seen her face. However, she had no impression of it at all.

Yan Jun was enlightened as she smiled and said, "You must be Xiao Yao's son."

Xiao Jing stared, straightened her body, and replied with a sonorous and forceful voice, "Yes, Ma'am."

"I've met you once before, Xiao Yao's fourth young master. At that time, you were pretty fresh and spirited, and the army camp was like a pig slaughtering knife, torturing the handsome young master into a rough man. However, this is good, lest my little brother see you and want to marry you back."

Xiao Jing now recalled that this woman was General Yan Jun. Her little brother was the one who had repeatedly climbed over the wall to get into their house and then shouted that he wanted to marry her back then. Yes, that imbecile with an estimated IQ of only 10.

"I was a little surprised that you would appear here. It seems that you are the recruit my son talked about?"

Yan Jun examined him from top to bottom and nodded. "The children of the Xiao Clan are truly talented."

Xiao Jing thought about who her son was. From the battle formation behind her, she calculated the possibility of her coming out of which building. After carefully looking at her facial features and combined them together, could she be the mother of her captain?

"Alright, I won't delay your training any longer."

Xiao Jing quickly stood up and saluted her superior as she watched her leave.

A train of military vehicles gradually disappeared into the sunlight, and Xiao Jing sat on the ground.

She rubbed her cheeks and mumbled, "No wonder your own boss is acting like a lunatic from time to time. So it's not just a personal teachings. It's hereditary."
