Chapter 82 - He Laughed!

Shen Chengfeng's hand was placed horizontally in front of Xiao Jing, waiting for him to wipe his wounds.

Xiao Jing took a deep breath and squeezed out a gentle and calm smile. "Captain is no ordinary person. This kind of minor injury doesn't need to be treated with any medicine. What if the wound is corroded?"

"Huh?"

Shen Chengfeng still stubbornly placed the cotton swabs in front of him.

Xiao Jing pressed her hand and said, "Let me take a look at your wound first?"

Before Shen Chengfeng could react, a hand had already grabbed him by the head, forcefully turning his head over in the next instant.

Xiao Jing carefully searched for a while before she finally found the negligible small wound behind his ear. It was smaller and more exquisite than a thread.

However, before she could finish studying the severity of the wound, a wisp of something ice-cold suddenly landed at the corner of her eye. Her originally swollen eyebrows suddenly became much cooler, as if at that moment the swelling had disappeared and the blood stasis had been removed.

Shen Chengfeng used a cotton swab to help him wipe away the bruises on the corner of his eyebrows. He spoke slowly, "You're right, I'm not an ordinary person. I don't need to use medicine for such injuries."

His breath sprayed behind Xiao Jing's ears. For some reason, she started to feel a little itchy, and her ears couldn't help but feel a little hot.

Xiao Jing wanted to return to the passenger seat, but as soon as she moved, she was held down by a hand.

She subconsciously looked to her side. The interior of the car was slightly dark. Shen Chengfeng's profile was a little blurry, but he could still make out the outline of the car.

Her eyes were even colder than the night outside the window. Unconsciously, however, she felt as though the sunlight of spring and March was actually warm in her eyes.

Shen Chengfeng poked Xiao Jing's head with his finger, causing him to suddenly return to his seat without moving.

Xiao Jing came back to her senses, only then did she realize that she had silently blushed.

Shen Chengfeng opened the car door and the night wind blew. He said coldly, "Let's begin."

"Clang!"

Xiao Jing clearly heard her heart shattering. As expected, when she was stunned by what happened just now, she felt that her captain was valiant and handsome. Hmm, he was truly beautiful.

Shen Chengfeng stood in the wind and stared at the small bodies lying on the ground one after another.

During his first push-up, his movements were lame, his breath came in short gasps, and he was even more cowardly than a new recruit.

After a month, although he still lacked physical strength and stamina, it wasn't hard to see that he was growing. His movements were smooth, and he even had a bit of beauty to him.

"Captain, I'm confident that I can stay in the Special Forces."

Xiao Jing spoke as she did so.

Shen Chengfeng was still standing where he was and did not answer his stupid question.

Xiao Jing muttered to herself, "Although I am full of flaws, I have a great advantage."

"Speak."

"I do my best to make up for my deficiencies."

Xiao Jing had completed two hundred push-ups without any hesitation. She was panting heavily as she sat on the ground, grinning.

"With your ability, why do you think you can stand out?"

Xiao Jing stood up from the ground, her head held high as she puffed out her chest. "Captain, you think I'm not qualified enough?"

Shen Chengfeng turned around and looked in the direction of the field, "Twenty kilometers across, if you can't run, you won't be able to sleep."

Xiao Jing looked at the back of the proud figure leaving the field and pursed her lips, once again turning into a puffer.

In the night wind, there were stars following along the way, Xiao Jing quickly ran around the field.

Shen Chengfeng sat on a chair. The room was dark and there was no light illuminating the room.

Within the dark environment, no one could see the happiness or anger in his eyes. However, when the dark clouds dispersed, the moonlight quietly shone into the room and gently hit his face.

The next moment, the corner of his lips curled up a little, and then a little bit more.

It was a smile!

He laughed!

The clock on the wall swayed in an orderly fashion, and the sound of a light bell could be heard.
