Angie did not want to attend her new school especially since she doesn't even know anyone around not even near her new home.By the time she was already for bed it was already 11 pm and sleep has not caught her yet so she decided to watch movies in her room.Two movies later she see the time and see that it was already 3 am which means her mom will be back from work and wont be so happy to see her awake.Angie then decides to turn off her tv and lay on her bed though sleep still has not come to her.After a while sleep has finally come and Angie soon falls asleep.
The next morning comes and Angie finally wakes up but by the time she checked the clock it was already 11 am and so she runs out of her room and goes straight to her bathroom.Whe she finally steps out of her bathroom her mom was in the kitchen and says "dont worry about school I already called and informed them you will start on Monday but this better not happen again. I cant believe you got up late."Dont think that I am not aware of you being awake watching movies til 3am today.Angie looks at her mom and tells her that it is okay that she will go to school on Monday.The Next 4 days passes by quickly and it was time for Angie to sleep since she will be attending her new school tomorrow.
BEEP!BEEP! BEEP! BEEP ! BEEP! The alarm goes off at 7:15 am.Angie gets up and see the time and rushes to her bathroom to get ready since school startes exactly in 45 minutes.After rushing out of the bathroom and grabbing her backpack from her room not even bothering to fix her bed today since she is going to be late. Angie was by the door when her mom stops her and ask, " Angie do you want a ride to school?I know its your first day and I dont want you to get lost."Angie mom says.Angie response and says " No thanks, it just a straight walk after I turn left from the gate. Bye mom." Angie then begins her walk to her new school.
After stepping out of the front door Angie passes her house gates and turns left heading straight to Vernon Middle School.As Angie walks by herself she sees a girl wearing a blue fuzzy beanie that looks like a cookie monster beanie behind her. The girl continues to walk as Angie begins to slow down allowing the girl the pass by.As the girl passes by both her and Angie ends up looking at eachother though what fascinates Angie the most was the girl's eyes were a gold -like color which we all know is possibly just contacts but for a 13 year old to walk to school with those color contacts is actually interesting.Not realising the time both girls rushed to get to school.
As soon as both girls arrive to the school the bell has rung.Angie then heads to the front office to meet Ms. Perez and get her student ID card and schedule given to her.After getting her picture taken Angie gets her ID after 10 minutes of waiting and also finally gets her schedule. Ms. Perez and Angie both head to the counselor office to gett the student handbook along with the school map.After looking at the map, Ms. Perez offers Angie to walk with her to her first class but Angie declines her offer.How horrible would it be for the new girl to come into her first period late but also with her counselor.After stepping out of the counselor office Angie looks for her first period though it did not seem as easy as she thought.
After walking around for over 25 minutes and with only 10 minutues of class left, Angie finally finds her first period.Her first period teacher did not seem so happy to see a late student.Angie then walks up to her teachers and informs her that she is the new student.Her teacher, Mrs. Bell then hands Angie a booklet and tells her to go ahead and start whatever she can and she can continue to work on the rest on tomorrow class.Angie then seats down to an open computer and begins her activities.After 10 minutes the bell has finally rang and everyone rushes out the door.
