As you know past three weeks I've been training hard and because of my skill 'fast health recovery' my muscles grows fast, but after finishing training I'm exhausted and because of this I used body strengthening to move, after several days I noticed that while I'm using strengthening the pain from muscles become lesser, after thinking a bit I understood that besides increasing physical strength and durability, body strengthening also boosts body's natural healing factor, I was quite happy with this discovery, with this I can gain muscles faster, in previous life I worked really hard for this.
