"Come on, dude. I know your mood was spoiled earlier but you have to eat. I'm already starving! Besides, the food in the cafeteria today has my favorite grilled meat. You don't want your bestest buddy to die from hunger right?" Rin complained as I was randomly walking in the school.
I want to cool off my mind but remembering the past where that crazy girl hurt Rin---'Tch.
Thinking about it makes me so upset. Her jealousy was really too much!
Even if she was my childhood friend or my girlfriend back then, I can't fully forgive her for what she did to Rin.
"Hey! We're just walking randomly! I'm dying here! Let's just go to the cafeteria if you don't know where to go! If you don't want to eat then just watch me eat! I will let you see the beauty of eating."
We walked while he was blabbering some nonsense until we reached the cafeteria.
It might sound so unimportant if someone hears Rin, but it is one of his ways to make me feel better. Kinda lame, but I'm thankful. It helped me calm down even just a little bit.
I hope that he won't ever know my opinion about him, or else he will boast about it to other people, or even use it to tease me.
"Dude, are you listening?"
"Huh?" My wandering mind just went back to the present. "What were you saying again?"
Rin just shook his head instead of answering me. Then he pointed out an area in the cafeteria using his chin.
I followed and then saw someone. Unconsciously, all the bad vibes just melted away as I saw her happily eating her food while appreciating the nature. A very good spot.
As if having its own brain, my feet just started walking towards her.
I admit that ever since that day, I can't interact with girls in a normal way anymore.
Ever since that day, I felt that my world narrowed.
But because I met her, the negative thoughts that were buried inside my head were gone an instant.
It's like my monochrome world became colorful again whenever I see her, or even think of her.
I want to be by her side all the time. I smiled while realizing all of this. I poked her shoulders. When she turned around, her eyes met mine and I am now sure of what I'm feeling.
I've fallen for her.
