Clara slowly opens her eyes and blinked a few times as the light passed through. It took her some time to adjust her vision before she could squint and block the light coming from her eyes.
"I forgot to close the window" she murmured as she looks at the floor-to-ceiling window in front of her, showing a wonderful view of the Gratis river as well as the view of the whole city. "Really. I wish I could see this every morning, even though the sunlight could blind my eyes" she sighs as she tries to move, but a stinging pain was felt in her entire legs. "Ouch" she yelped in pain. She immediately stayed still and calmed down her nerves, even though the pain was still lingering in her foot.
