The owner proceeded to lead the crew and gave them a tour and explained the uses of all the training equipment.
After thirty-minutes passed, they began their training.
Huang Liuxing put on weight lifting straps before she began using the training equipment. Li Zhong looked at her incredulously, "Your seriously wearing weights while training?"
"Yep." Huang Liuxing answered without batting an eye.
"...how many..?"
"15 Kilograms."
Well, the weight wasn't bad. At least she didn't go for a ridiculously heavy weight lifting strap. Li Zhong breathed a sigh of relief, thankfully his friend is still quite reasonable with what her body should tolerate—

After all, her friend was being so sincere and cares about his subordinates, she couldn't let him lose face, right?
Everyone in the group returned to the hotel to refresh and eat in the dining area. Huang Liuxing ate her food in a hurry and ran off to the place where she had gotten lost previously. Huang Liuxing chuckles and stops Qing Ya, "you don't need to worry. This time I didn't get lost. I came here to teach martial arts."
