"It had been two months already; I don't know how fucking long, it will take for the curtain to open," said the man to his friend as they walked past me.
It had been two months and thirteen days for me.
It is taking far more than I had thought it would take. I thought a month would be more than enough, but it had been over two and there was no sign of the curtain opening.
"Ross, my favorite client," said the woman with glowing red cheeks. "Neena, it seemed like, you have got your hands on some good stuff," I said, looking at the few things, that caught my interest.
"I didn't want to sell them, but girls got to eat," she said, and I rolled my eyes, before starting haggling with her.
A few minutes later, I walked out of her shop and walked into a different shop. I had shopped for one and a half hours, before walking out of the market.
