'Is she describing herself or me?" I asked myself in confusion before shaking my head and looking directly into her eyes.
"Fuck off," I said and walked toward her; I would not dignify her with a response.
I had tried to be nice to her for years, but she never once spoke to me civilly. So, I stopped; she was never going to change her opinions about me, and now I do not care about her opinion; she does not matter to me.
