Chapter 7 - Chapter 6: Teaching

All the while after finishing on collecting of the requested herbs, I begun to teach my summoned companion, Treant on how to use a gun... A handgun that is.

"Master... To think that such a useful weapon exist all the more that it does not require magic to activate is astounding."

Inadvertently Archangels have higher magic power and a strong physical power, but hey~ It's not bad teaching someone a weapon from your own world.

"Well, It is indeed a useful weapon but only when the bullet is imbued with magic."

The gun I gave to him is called Heckler & Koch VP9 also known as SFP9 is a polymer-framed semi-automatic striker-fired handgun.

The gun manufactured by Heckler & Koch, has a length of 186.5 mm with a width of 33. 5 mm. The cartridge it use is a 9x19mm or a .40 S&M.

I chose to summon a cartridge full of 9x19mm and gave it to him along with the gun.

"Master although it cannot pierce through your barrier magic... it is not deemed useless."

Correct! My goodness... As when I finished teaching Treant on how to use a handgun. I have a small premonition.

Why not test the handgun to see if it can pierce through a magic barrier?

Such thoughts crossed my minds and then I began ordering Treant to shoot down the barriers I placed.

However--- The barriers perfectly deflected each oncoming bullets as it's like a paper being thrown into a cemented wall!

"I know... even though I solved it's problem by imbuing a magical attribute on it..."

When I was shocked at the outcome of the experiment, I pondered on how to break this severe situation.

The answer is? Pft, It's M-A-G-I-C!

I emptied one cartridge full of bullets and one by one imbued a magic attribute on it, it was a hassle that I was losing patience due to my extreme laziness.

Oops- That's bad, I let my old nature come back.

Well proceeding, after I imbued magical attributes in each bullets it begins to pierce each barrier as it's like butter.

"That reminds me... Treant can you hide your wings or not?"

"Eh? I can Master. why?"

"Well it would be weird if suddenly a creature of myths suddenly barges inside the city now would we?"

"Uhm... That is certainly correct Master."

I heaved a sigh, although I first thought of Archangels as intellectual creatures they seemed to be in the same level of thinking as humans do.

"Okay, then take this-"

I throw upon a sword of which I summoned beforehand.

The sword is all white the opposite of my own, it has a very unique characteristics that is similar to a hero's sword, but I have yet to clarify of what this sword is called... So meh.

"Thank you. Master."

Treant gave his words of gratitude.

Well in terms of teaching the use of guns, I won't do it recklessly like teaching a random guy in the street and say 'hey~ let me teach you how to use this bad boy!' That is a big no! a no no!

"By the way Master. Am I even allowed to enter the human city?"

"Well of course."

I held out the card that the feudal lord of Rizen has given to me and showed it to Treant.

"I see, as expected of Master."

Oi- stop that, you seem to be misunderstanding something.

"I'm not manipulating the lord of that city nor bribed him."

"S-sorry, Master."

At first glance, Treant understood the authority this card has without me explaining. Truly a remarkable ability--- or not.

I then hid the golden plated card inside my own dimensional storage.

The summoned creatures or companions whatever you may call it has been imprinted with utmost loyalty towards their own summoner--- that means...

"Treant..."

"Nn? Yes, Master?"

"If you see me get hurt by an unknown hunk person. Do not engage."

It is likely that would happen, in spur of the moment that I get harassed I imagined Treant cutting of the suspect's head and then burning it to cinders without ash remaining... that would be scary.

"As you wish, Master."

With a sad look in his face, it seems like I hit a spot on.

Seriously handling a companion with a surplus of loyalty is really dangerous... really dangerous!

"Master, shall we go now?"

I nodded my head in agreement.

"Since the quest is completed, then we need to of course go back to the guild to get the rewards."

As I begin to walk towards the direction of the City, I stopped and glanced to Treant.

Ahhh--- How should I explain this to the guards or even the guild? Should I go with 'This guy, I saved him from a group of monsters' or 'I saw him getting chased by bandits and I happen to coincidentally bump into him'.

Treant has blond hair so he would surely be mistaken by being a noble furthermore... he is... an... IKEMEN!!!

AHHHHH!!! WHAT WORDS SHOULD I COME WITH?!

And thus contemplating on what excuse to give for the guards when entering the city. My brain is on it's full potential for an excuse to generate as I and Treant begin to walk towards the direction of the city.
