The doors were open so I entered in. It was empty inside of the building, but it looked gorgeous.. Old style statues and red carpets along the stairs made building look like a palace itself.. I walked upstairs and turned to the left, I walked by the hall and entered one of the classrooms..
There was a handsome man in there, practicing with some potions. He had a short brown hair and yellow eyes and a big scar around his neck.. He was so tall that I think he is more than 2 meters high.. Then he chanted the magic words:
- Adresrem Hulos!
And a lightning sparkled above his head and like he was dragging something out of it, he reached his hand above and when lightning faded away, he had an antique axe in his hand! I was so amazed so I stared at him and couldn't realize him looking at me:
- Oh a newbie student, Yukki Toshigawa, aren't you..?
His deep, shattered voice woke me up:
- It was amazing, sir!
- Haha, Thanks! But you can call me Mamoru, little miss.
- Mamoru..? I am..
- Yukki Toshigawa. New student, I am quite aware of you.
- Does everyone knows about me..?
- No, only Prefects.
- Oh..
Only now I payed attention to his uniform, he really was a Prefect too.
- So why are you here this early? You should be resting for now, you arrived in here from afar countryside..
- Oh today is so sunny and warm, I would have never overslept this beautiful morning!
- Hahaha.. I can figure it out. By the way, Daniel guarded you here, did he..?
- Why is everyone asking that..? Is it that unusual..?
- Just he is quite harsh. Him guarding you here is a bit out of his privileges.
- Maybe he is a harsh one.. But he is kind..
Mamoru turned to face me with a pure shock written on his face.
- I know.. My roommate was quite shocked too.. But I don't think that he is a bad person..
- I know that he is.
- Huh..?
- Just it's too hard to approach his personality, though he is quite patient and elegant.
- Yeah..
I talked to Mamoru for a while.. It seems to be he was in a war for 5 years.. And the scar on his neck is a *treasure* from war.
- I want to go to Headmaster.
- Hmmm..? I can't take you there, you know? Daniel should, cause he guided you all the way here. So that means there's a reason for it.
- Ugh.. so where is Sir Knight..?
- Sir? He made you call him like this, didn't he..?
- Well..
- Okay, he must be in his room.
- His room?
- Here Prefects has their own rooms.
- Oh..
- Though only Daniel stays in private one.
- I guess I could figure that out..
- Okay then follow me.
