"Is he alive at least?" A female voice exclaimed.
"You're an idiot, of course he's alive, he must have lost consciousness with the fall, the dragon knocked him down when he went down the elevator or is what I suppose." Sebastian could recognize a voice that responded to the female voice causing him to open his eyes.
Sebastian stood up observing the light that a torch emitted illuminating a good portion of the place where he was and the people around the place forming a perimeter.
"At least now we know he's alive, great, but the problem is he's a rookie, look at his equipment, he does not even own a weapon like hell did he get here in the first place?" Another voice of a player was heard in the distance exclaiming.
The voice of the young man he recognized belonged to Rim, one of the four players he had been following.
"He was following us from the city to here, most likely to try to do something weird, we should kill him now and take care of the dragon." Rim exclaimed aloud while Sebastian noticed a certain irritation in his voice, but decided to remain silent.
"You should shut your damn mouth and leave your irrational jealousy for another day, since we left the forge you did not stop talking bad about him and you do not even know him." Siralt, the Ranger said loudly raising a torch while she was standing on a rock inspecting the surroundings.
"Wait, is this man the one you said had a strange appearance?" Another female voice said in the distance.
A strange young woman with pink hair came out from behind the remains of what appeared to be the elevator and ran to Sebastian lighting it with a torch and inspecting it.
"Well, you do not have bad taste, that is, look at it carefully, he seems older and it also looks mature...
hehe, you know what I mean." The young woman with pink hair said hitting a couple of times Siralt's shoulder who had approached.
Siralt at that moment looked sideways at the young girl with pink hair and ran away, Siralt on the other hand refused to look Sebastian in the eyes, and she left the group to continue with their private activities.
Sebastian on the other hand was totally confused with the current situation.
"I apologize in advance for having followed them her ..." Sebastian was about to explain why he had followed them, but he was interrupted.
"He knew, he was following us all the time and now that he confesses it with more reason we can kill him and take a load off of us." Rim said loudly trying to exercise his logic in his words which sounded ridiculous at the same time and Sebastian was already in a very bad mood just remembering the first interaction he had with Rim in the forge.
"I think you should stop your erratic behavior with me, I will not be young, but I will not allow you to disrespect me or threaten me." Sebastian said approaching Rim again imposing his differences in heights to which Rim felt intimidated and took a couple of steps backs.
"We should fix this like men then!" Rim exclaimed aloud, unsheathing his sword and raising a shield with thorns.
Sebastian refused to take out his weapon or fight, but that was insufficient to prevent Rim from stopping.
"You do not want to do this, I advise you." Sebastian said while watching the other people around him instead of helping came to see what was so much commotion.
"Now you threaten me?" Rim exclaimed feeling that what Sebastian said was a current threat rather than an advice getting more and more furious.
Sebastian realized that talking would be useless, so he decided to raise both hands and put into practice his self-defense lessons, which he had never used in his life.
"I hope this does not end badly." Sebastian said to himself out loud, but Rim noticed that Sebastian's lips moved a few seconds which made him furious, and he made an oblique cut towards Sebastian.
Sebastian leaned back a couple of steps away from the reach of Rim's sword.
"Rim, Stop in this damn instant is not the time for this kind of nonsense!" Satchel exclaimed loudly watching as Rim tried to give a blow to Sebastian who managed to dodge all his attacks which made him more furious.
Satchel began to feel upset about the behavior of her teammate until another member of the large group of twelve approached her.
"Hey, that guy looks older, but he's dodging all of Rim's attacks." The young man holding what appeared to be an extravagantly decorated spear said.
"What if we let him stay to help us, anyway if it is not useful he will die at the hands of the dragon." The young man again spoke calmly watching Rim attack Sebastian.
"It sounds very cruel, but that's all I can think of now." The young man with the spear said.
Sebastian once again avoided Rim's sword and took his wrist, so he decided to punch him in the stomach causing Rim to fall to the ground.
"Stop fucking brat." Sebastian yelled with all his strength to Rim, but it seems that his scream had reached the wrong creature.
The Place suddenly began to tremble and from the darkness a pair of enormous arms covered by scales with sharp claws appeared from what appeared to be an abyss in the ground.
"Oh shit, He woke up !!!" Satchel shouted informing everyone present that the dragon had awakened.
