"You fucking idiot!" The Spriggan yelled grabbing ahold of Maria. He fell to the ground using his body as a shield to cover her from the broken shards. "Shit!" He yelled out in pain. The man may have tried not to show it but Maria could sense how much pain he was in.
Tears welled up in Maria's aquamarine eyes. She instantly hugged the man, not really knowing what else to do.
"D- dear the heavenly goddess of wind p- please bless thee with your grace of healing..." Maria stuttered & fumbled through her enchant. A white light flicked the dimmed. The man was bleeding heavily from his face. Maria could still sense his suffering.
"Dumbass I'm a Spriggan..." The man groaned through grit teeth. "The spell was a Holy One not an Impure One..." He informed causing Maria to gasp.
"I'm sorry! I didn't mean to hurt you!! I- I wasn't thinking-"
"Just shut up! You're making the pain worse!" He snapped silencing Maria. The blonde girl didn't move or speak. All you could hear was the fight going on between Gabrielle and Isen.
Maria felt blood on her cheek. It slid down the male Spriggan's face onto her own cheek. It quickly dispersed since Maria was a pure being and the Spriggan was the exact opposite. After a couple of minutes there was silence.
"Whew~ Isen that sure was a fun but fun can't last forever~!" Gabrielle giggled. "Looks like the Healers and the government have arrived." She announced looking out the guilds window.
"You have to get healed." Maria said moving the Spriggan gently. She then lifted him up so he could lean against her side. "Ah- You're heavy!" She groaned trying to find balance.

"Maria Yerim?" A doctor walked in looking at a clipboard. Maria stood up off the soft chair she was sitting on.
"Is that male Spriggan okay!?" Maria asked worriedly. "The one I was with. He was dressed in all black, had gray eyes, spiked black hair." She elaborated hoping the Doctor knew who she was referring to.
"Oh, Edgar Romero...?" The Doctor questioned leaving Maria speechless. She never got his name so she didn't know if that was really him. But then again who else could match that description...?
"Can- Can I get his room number!?" Maria suddenly asked determined to see him again. The Doctor looked at Maria weirdly.
"Why don't we worry about your health first Ms. Yerim. After all you're still young." The Doctor explained trying to sit her down. "Let me ask some nurses to get you out of your patient robes first."
"What-" Maria looked down and was surprised to see her normal clothing replaced. "What happened!? Last thing I remember was carrying that Spriggan guy!" Maria then began worrying.
"Ms. Yerim, calm down. You passed out. Mr. Romero was the one carrying you."
"How much was he hurt!?" Maria questioned becoming worried. She needed to see him.
"He had said to not tell you that. Something about you being too young to worry about injuries like that..." The Doctor explained looking at his watch. "Once you get your clothes I'll tell Mr. Romero you want to see him."
"What! I can't go to him now!?"
