"We are coming." Si Li said and hung up.
Then Si Li looked towards Lu Lan who was standing rooted to her spot while still in shock over the revelation Si Li had just mentioned to her, he ignored her shocked front and said to her "Little Champ has woken up and is very scared now."
"Little Champ…" Lu Lan murmured. Remembering how he was shivering in the penthouse and how he was passed out, Lu Lan thought that he might need her. So she immediately turned to leave.
"Lan…" However, Si Li stopped her.
Lu Lan halted, but she didn't turn around to face him. She didn't know why her life was playing with her, why every time she came close to being happy something would tear her down and try to eliminate her happiness.
