Chapter 1 - It all started with a dream

I awoke with sweat drenching me. I felt as if my whole being was being emancipated from my body. The dream was unworldly, just the thought of it sends shivers down my spine.

"My god Marissa, wake up it's just a dream. Dad always says, wash your feet before sleeping. Guess you didn't did you?".

I got up to open my window as I felt stuffed in my room. The night air helps a lot when I go through these sort of nightmares. Then I'll go and sleep with dad. Dad's so used to his 27 year old daughter barging in on him in the middle of the night due to nightmares. Mom died when I was 17. It was hard for all of us but we have each other.

When I opened the window, I smelt a vile smell of rust, or so I thought. I looked down to where the smell was coming from. My eyes couldn't have been playing tricks on me, there was a mountain oh dead corpses on my front lawn. I couldn't muster a scream even though lord knows that was all I wanted to do at the moment. I felt someone slowly closing in on me from behind. I turned around right away..

"Aaaaah! " . A dream within a dream, I woke up. That happens Alot doesn't it? I was shaking from the horror I just went through in my dreams.

"Don't worry young one, it was just a dream". The hair on my neck was up so high I couldn't even muster a breath. I looked up to see an old man with a sweet smile on his olden face. Even though I was scared shirtless, I could help but to somehow recognize his face. He didn't stop there though, he continued talking. "We have been looking for you for a long time, our master needs you now to finnish the task you are responsible of finishing. Your mom passed the task on to you to. It is time to join your incubus family" .

You could Imagine my fear. Before I could utter a word, I felt myself sinking hence I looked down. My body was sinking into my bed, but before I could scream, I was being dragged to another dimension.
