As Lin continued his journey he was attacked a few more times from adventurers but like the initial group of adventurers they all perished under his hands (or should i say hooves heh) . However they did have maps that Lin could use and so Lin headed towards the Mountain Range of Magical Beasts which was the biggest mountain range in the Yulan plane, it was also filled with magical beasts up to the saint rank.
' I'll just stay in the out skirts for now since I don't think i can fight 6th rank and above beasts' Lin though and for the next few weeks Lin manipulated earth essence to create a cave and called it home.
' Now lets think about how I'm gonna develop for the future I can obviously tell that i have a exceptional affinity for wind and probably a average one for earth and none at all for water but i have yet to test if i have a fire or lightning affinity' Lin contemplated.
'I'll probably start training with wind elemental laws but to do that I have to first become a saint rank beast as well as learn the essence of the wind, now timeline wise from what I saw from the letters some of those adventures had. Its currently year 9902 of the Yulan calendar which means its 80 years until Linley is born and the story starts. Lin though.
' I could probably take the coiling dragon ring from Linley but theres no way Beirut isn't monitoring a broken sovereign artifact and the remnants of the dragon-blood clan not to mention theres probably a remnant will from the azure dragon sovereign. Lin though.
'Its best if I appear a few times throughout Linley's life and help him once in while so I can ask him for favors once he becomes a four way soul mutate or Grandmist controller if i am not able to become one myself, but regardless Doehring Cowart must die for Linley to become motivated to reach the peak and Linley's mother must also be sacrificed to the Radiant church so that Linley goes after Augusta and subsequently Orloff. Lin schemed. .
' For the near future its probably best if I participate in the necropolis of the gods to find divine artifacts as well as Godsparks to sell them off for currency in the infernal realm so that i can improve my soul, Linley could survive soul attacks due to being a dragon-blood warrior + the coiling dragon ring + plot armor, but unlike him i don't have those things so i'll have to buy a-lot of golden pearls/amethysts. Lin though
