After a long period, Elijah's deep shut eyes slowly opened wide. Staring down at his body and Chloe tightly holding onto his neck with her eyes closed. Moving his hand, he scanned her body only to reveal a huge grin on his face.
"It worked, she's not just a fragment anymore." Seeing her previously incorporeal form, regain its once healthy complexion as well as the warmth on the surface of her skin made him sure he got successful in restoring her as well.
"Ell..." Chloe muttered, his name before awakening from her slumber. Staring blankly at him, memories of the previous events struck her like thunder, her face gained a deep shade of red, but instead of releasing her grasp on him she only held him tighter. To her surprise, Elijah removed her hands from his neck as there was a different emotion in his eyes.
