(Tom's PoV)
I had never seen Jane as worried and cold as today. It was like she was struggling not to lose her composure each time we found clues about Sanji's whereabouts. Now, standing in front of her was a man twice her size who was the guard of the palace. Based on what the previous guard told us, the ones who were sent to kidnap Sanji were these men.
Man, I'm just praying you don't spew nonsense to Jane.
"I'm here to see your Lord, but..." Jane paused and stopped when she was close to the guard. "I need you to answer me first. Did you or did you not know about a human you guys kidnapped days ago?"
The guard's eyes widened. "How do you know that? That's a classified information! Who are you?" The guard was on full alert as he jumped backwards and took a stance.
"Classified? Right. Let's see if your Lord thinks the same when I burn this whole damn place to the ground!"
