Luis was only 25 years old, he is not too shabby in the looks department. He stood at about 5'9 and was of medium build but you know it packed power. He is known for benching 225 pounds in 30 reps in the military academy a reputation he is proud of until today. Luis got into his car with a model 2010 Blue Vios, it was a relatively short drive. One, it was only 4:00 am and two it was a measly 7-kilometer ride. He arrived at the doctor's apartment in about 10 minutes. He looked around and saw the place as described on the phone. A hint of blood was found right outside the steps of the apartment. As he entered, He saw Aubrey sitting in one corner, she holding her eyes and sobbing. Luis came near her and placed his hands on Aubrey's back and tried to calm her down. Aubrey looked at him a worried and sobbed on his shoulder.
"It's gonna be alright," Luis comforted her. After some comforting he stood up and brushed the area, the perpetrators are surely searching for something here. The doctor is a well-organized man. He keeps his papers in place and never leaves his place as untidy. He rummaged through the papers laying there. Reading fast and then leaving papers around he was trying to find clues. He found handwritten footnotes by the doctor. In scribble like fashion, The doctor noted "Lapu-Lapu the chieftain of Mactan who withstood a far superior chieftain, Magellan..." Reading further he also noted some decimal numbers written on the papers. The numbers are as follows:

What does this mean? He tried to deduce the numbers but as of the moment, there was nothing. Maybe the earliness of the morning hinders his judgment. There are several more digits on papers but this is the only one encircled by the hand of the doctor. He also encircled June 21. He asked Aubrey if there some kind of significance with that numbers. She said she has never interfered with his daddy's work. Luis noted that he somehow knows these numbers but can't deduce what. Making a mental note of the number he left the area, calling his comrades from S.O.C.O. (Scene of the crime operatives) to scan the area for more leads.
"Nothing more to do here Aubrey let me take you home."
Aubrey obliged. Luis gave Aubrey his jacket and helped her get into the car.

"Damn!" Luis blurted out as he woke up. It was 7:45 in the morning. Using his eidetic memory, something that has profoundly helped him all his life especially in school, he again accessed the decimals he got from the doctor's notes:

If he got it right he may have solved a mystery. He immediately produced an old world map and got two rulers. He placed them together and he dotted where the points meet. He was right, The doctor was a known cartographer, of course, it makes sense. Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu is where the Longitude and Latitude meets. It is the 2nd time that the doctor was referencing Lapu-Lapu on this one.
"What's with him?" Luis asked.
He took a sit and as normal curious persons do he asked Mr. Google. "Google away!" he even blurted.
By 3 PM when he thought he has done enough research, he called Aubrey.
