"Both Kaname and Kaito will use wind to increase their speed at the same time make their bodies lighter when doing the jumping jacks and doing the hurdles," she started giving her instructions.
"Takao will use the earth to give him a push every time he jumps trough the hurdle while Shinobu will use water to ensure that his body temperature remains constant, meaning I don't want to see you drenched in sweat."
