"Are you okay?" Long Jie asked again.
"Yes," Song Luli breathed with her lips slightly opened. Her heart began to pound against her chest, drumming fiercely.
"Do you want to do some tricks?" Long Jie asked her.
Song Luli's lips curled. "What can we do?" she asked him.
"You swim from one end, and I will swim from the other. We will meet in the middle; you will dive through my arms when I shape it like a circle," Long Jie said.
Song Luli nodded. "All right. It seems simple enough."
They both went to opposite ends of the pool when Song Luli pushed herself from the tiled-walls, giving her a head start. Underneath, they swam in the same direction where Long Jie circled his arms for her to go through. And instead of swimming past, Long Jie caught her, tightening his grip around her.
