Both the girls started chatting happily, leaving George untended. George hesitantly interrupted them, "Anna! Can I ask you something?"
"What is it, George?"
George held a long face, "Did you actually married Shane?"
Once he put forth the words Anna was distraught, she looked around to check whether anyone heard their conversation. Fortunately, no one was near their earshot, the ache that she felt as of now was unbearable. Just a week before, Shane uttered his true intention of their marriage, this particular topic is a taboo.
Shane mentioned very clearly that she should never utter their relationship to anyone. If anyone happened to hear them now, the aftermath would be terrifying, Shane might forshake her for eternity. Anna never wanted that to happen, as long as she plays the role well, she might get a second chance.
"George! Do you have any sense? I am not even nineteen. If someone hears it, how would they treat me? It is a secret marriage. Only when I am over twenty, we will make it official. So keep it as a secret, don't talk about it in public." The glare she gave him was enough to tear him apart.
He never once saw such vicious scorn from Anna or from anyone before. He crossed his heart that he would never ever ask this question again.
Though she was strong enough to answer him this question, her heart was torn into pieces, 'What will happen if they go official? Will Shane change his mind and agree to marry her for real?' After answering George, she sat there so quiet out of the earth.
"Forgive me! I am thoughtless. I will never mention it ever again" George pleaded. The atmosphere was pretty heavy and so, Naia tried to change the topic, "Darling! when are we going to practice?"
It lifted the spirit of Anna in a tiny note, "Today!... We will start it today. I want to do this for so long, I want to hit the streets too, Naia! Just like you."
Naia smiled back at her. Her short blue ink hair gave her a little devil look. Her round face and an innocent smile can make a person believe that she was an angel. In reality, she was a devil in disguise of an angel.
When they were deep in conversation, the classroom was filled with the remaining classmates and a short girl interrupted them, "Hi there, can I sit here? All the remaining chairs are filled."
'Three stars' looked at the intruder and Anna saw the young girl whose face was filled with worries, she smiled at her, "Sure! What is your name?"
"Aaliyah" She was nervous. From head to toe, she was covered. Though she was covered, it was evident that she had a beautiful frame. 'Three Stars' introduced themselves to the shy girl and accepted her wholeheartedly.
"Girl! your eyebrows are too catchy, it is so beautiful. I never thought that the joined brows would be this beautiful, it is like a moon crescent." Anna was mesmerized and her eyes were glued to Aaliyah's face, 'Is it possible such brows to exist, it is so magnetic.'
"Girl! you are gawking at her. stop it!" Naia whispered to her. Anna regained her senses and smiled back at them awkwardly.
"You are the beauty here, what is so good about me." Aaliyah spoke with a less audible sound avoiding an awkward state.
Professor entered the classroom obtaining everyone attention and silence at once. After a short introduction, he began the class. By that time, a handsome man interrupted the class, "Professor, can I have a word with you?!"
The handsome handed handed the professor a small note and spoke in a low tone so that no one could hear them. He then entered the class with a vibrant smile and stopped in front of the class. He was is in his mid-twenties and he held the striking smile making the girls gasp.
He adjusted his wrist cuff and acknowledged the class briskly, "Good morning! I will be your 'Business and strategy management' professor, You can address me as Mr.Kevin."
"Kevin! Wow! His name really suits him." A girl whispered.
Another girl muttered, "If he is a professor, who would want to miss the class. I can simply sit and stare at him for an hour for nothing."
Not bothering the short round of disturbance, he continued, "From now on, I'll be your class in-charge and if you have any difficulty in future, you can contact me and I'll be more th..." He abruptly stopped his talk and spaced out for a few seconds. His striking smile turned into an uncomfortable grin.
Jacob ordered, "Cut shot your blabbers, my ears are hurting. Don't shake your hands, you're hiding my visual." Hearing the orders through the Bluetooth, Kevin zoned out. 'Damn you! Jacob. I'll make you pay back.'
He regained his senses and tried to hid his embarrassing moments. Although, everyone noticed the short change of mannerism, envied boys snorted and the girls giggled at his reactions. He awkwardly continued, "I will help you. Now, please start introducing yourself."
