Jacob's frustrated yet concerned voice echoed in the small tent, "Heaven forbids me from stop meeting you again."
Jacob contemplated as he stared at the girl lying on the ground, her usual blood-red cheeks were now pale. Anna's wavy golden blonde hair was now entangled and covering half her face.
Although Jacob felt bitter, he could not resist himself from aiding her. With a feather touch, he brushed the hair away from her face and tucked it behind her ears.
He continued to stare at her. At some point in time, he surrendered, "Okay fine! You won, I gave up. Gosh! Why is it so frustrating?! Why can't I just stop worrying about you and move on?!"
Saying so, Jacob lifted Anna from the ground, he bundled her with the blanket and made her sit on his lap. Anna's head rested on his neck, and her warm breath on his neck tickled him, it also brought a warm sensation.
