Mark now knew nothing. He began running towards the reception, descending down the stairs and reaching the main gate, only to stop right infront of him.Mark ran his eyes from head to toe, verifying him.It was definitely Akio.Even after fourteen years and spending a long time in jail,he still had an angelic innocence dawned on his face. However,Mark did not know how to begin the conversation.
"How...are...you?"Mark asked to begin the conversation.
"Fine...I guess?"Akio replied.
Mark was now hyperventilating. He was trying his best to hold his tears back.
"How is your family?"
"Dead.."Akio gave a confused reply.
"I am really sorry.I don't know what to say.I am just rambling things."
"It's..Ok.By the way,can we go somewhere else?"Akio questioned.
Mark looked up the balcony of his cabin.Riku was standing. He signaled an O.K.
Mark and Akio decided to go to the cherry blossom park,Shinjuku Gyoen. They entered the park and felt a fresh breeze of spring. The flower petals were shedding down the branches just like rain.Eventually, they both sat down near a river bank, where the orange, purple and pink tinges of the sky reflected upon the surface of water.
"Life is so peaceful here, right?"Akio questioned, looking into Mark's eyes.
"Umm..yes."Mark gave an awkward reply.
"Why are you distancing?"Akio questioned.
"As a matter of fact,I was waiting for this moment for fourteen years.I was thinking what I would say to you and what your answers would be but when I met you again today,I was totally blank and didn't know what to say."Suddenly,Akio pushed his lips against Mark's.Mark pulled away.
"I am sorry.I didn't know what else to do."Akio apologized.
"It's okay.It was sudden and I was shocked."
Akio leaned his head and closed into Mark's lips.Mark moved in closer till their lips touched. Both's eyes were gleaming with tears.Akio's soft lips were being kissed by Mark, who was kissing someone for the first time.
After a long session of passionate kisses,Mark pulled away.He rested his head against Akio's shoulder and began to weep.
"I..missed...you...a...lot."Mark said,choking on tears.
"Me..too."
Mark felt a trickle of tears on his face.He looked up.Akio was bawling in tears.
"I...am..sorry...Akio."Mark consoled,wiping Akio's tears.
"You...don't...need to..apologize.It..was..my family..who betrayed me."
"Your family is no more.No need to fret anymore. We both can be happy again."Mark sat upright and patted Akio's back.Akio grabbed Mark and pulled him for a hug, tightly grabbing his waist with his arms.
"Don't ever leave me."Akio commanded.
"Ahem..Did I interrupt in the wrong time?"Someone questioned.
"No.I was about to call you,Riku."
"Why?"Riku questioned.
"I wanted you to find me an accommodation."
"There is no need for that.I am moving out and no need to thank me."He said,as he left.
Mark and Akio went back to their new home, living together and creating an unbreakable bond between themselves, along with countless memories .A Love which even catastrophic fate cannot falter, such a love is Crimson Love.
