''Hazel'' a melodious voice was resounding from everywhere calling my name as if it was a song. I slowly opened my eyes but the harsh light made me squint, after sometime when my eyes adjusted to the surrounding brightness and I fully came to my senses I realized that I was lying on the soft green grass of the castle grounds but the question was how so?

I remember riding with Rose while we explored the dark forest, as if on cue a hoove nudged me on my right shoulder ,"Hey! There you are, Rosy. Where were you?" I asked even though I knew she'll not be able to answer, my hand generously smoothed over her long silky mane. She's richly coloured in shade of dark rose brown and Yes, it's where her name came from, her thick skin is healthy and shiny and her long mane is surprisingly dark blond which is a total contrast to her brown skin. Her big round chocolate eyes is the most striking feature I find in her and at present they were filled with peace but I can't say the same thing about me, the fall was at its end and the cold winters were approaching, to be out after sunset can lead to hypothermia at this time of the year. Besides all this , Anah will be worried sick if I didn't reach home before sunset.

During all the way back home only one thought was making several trips round my mind that how come I found myself on the castle grounds, AGAIN? From my early childhood I had a strange attraction towards the castle of our royal family, you'ld think that this attraction is not that strange because who wouldn't be attracted to a beautiful monument,which is meant and built to attract attention only! But that's not the case I assure, cos from my early childhood I'd had a strange calling to this place, I can find my way to the royal castle from any part of the country. My Granny was a descendant of essence, in our family she was the one most connected to the royal court because of her unbelievable magical abilities. Everyone thought that my mother would also be a descendant of essence but it doesn't always works like that and when the people found that she was as normal a being as any of the country's other maidens they never bothered to care for anyone else in our family. My mother thought it was for the best cos any type of relation with the supernatural world leads to life full of danger and difficult responsibilities. I always took her words to heart because I was able to witness it with my own eyes when my Granny disappeared one day and never came back again, she was the precious jewel or I should say protection charm to our country for which the King did everything in his hands to find and rescue but even with all the efforts not a singe news of her came and like this all the people lost hope to ever find her.

Suddenly, a noise pulled me back from my reverie and I scanned the area surrounding me, I think it was the noise of snapping twigs maybe a squirrel or any other animal was out there also rushing to its home and then only I noticed the setting sun behind the green-white mountains, it'll soon be dark and I was nowhere near my house,"OH!!!! HELL, run ,Rose,we gotta reach home before its to late but not even miracle would make me cover such a large distance in so much time. The sky turned violet and soon it turned more dark, today the winds were more chilly than the other days, while riding the cold winds slapped my cheeks, I can almost imagine my cheeks and nose turning tomato red already and from nowhere something cool and dry settled on the top of my head. "ARGHHHHH" It'd started snowing,NOW!!!,I can't believe my luck, today only I decided to venture out and this happened, poor Rose would also've to suffer now for the sake of my shining good fortune, hummmph!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. To turn it worse Rose suddenly changed the course and started opposite from the house," Rosy! what are you doing, girl, its not the time for a fun ride, don't you understand we'll be freezing to death if we didn't reach home early. Rose list-..."

I was never able to complete because the view before me was something which can make anyone dumb!

In front of me was standing a brick wall which was really very strange in middle of a forest clearing and the wall was totally covered with climbers and veins. As I neared the snow covered wall I noticed the otherworldly colour of the snow, covering the wall and the veins on it....."Hey! Rose where have you led us...." as I touched the wall I found out a statue also covered in veins and a bit of moss but when I pushed the veins away it was much distinguishable. It was a statue of a girl no bigger than me in age from the height of statue and her young face I was able to tell that much, the snow covering her was glowing aquamarine. Seeing it only one word came to my mind GORGEOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
