Baihu Lei abruptly stopped once he realized he had spilt the bean. He knew somehow that Jiu Wei had been told by his sister about the husband candidate thingy but both of them thought the husband candidate would come tomorrow morning.

The sudden words came from Baihu Lei's mouth made the smile on Jiu Wei's face disappeared. His face turned dark as a gloomy aura took over. His whole face twisted into an angry-looking beast.
With a low, menacing voice, Jiu Wei said, "What. Did. You. Say, hm?" He stressed each syllable as he closed the distance between him and Baihu Lei.
Baihu Lei who couldn't run away anymore as his back hit the door already, could only stare in fear and shock. With a horrified face, Baihu Lei hurriedly shook his head, "N-nothing!"
