Kai/Friend: Hey Yusuke, got any plans today?We were going to go try the new restaurant that just opened up!

Yusuke: Sorry I have to catch up on the essay that Ms. Tsukiyomi assigned.

Kai: Oh... Ok, well, see you tomorrow!

Yusuke: Bye

The truth was I didn't really have to catch up on the assignment, but I'd rather stay home go out to eat with Kai. He always tries to ask about really private things which annoys me. I just wanted to stay home and relax that night. Unfortunately that wasn't going to be the case.

Yusuke: Crap, there's nothing to eat. Well, guess I'll just go to the grocery store.

As I was walking down to the store, I saw something out of the corner of my eye...

Yusuke: It's an APA!

That was the first time I'd ever seen a real one. It's face was pale, with soft lips, a soft looking face, brown hair, and a strange outfit. Despite really wanting to take it home, I decided to leave it. When I came back from the grocery store I passed by the same spot. It was still there, lying as if it were dead. I knew I shouldn't take it and just walk away, but it felt almost as though I had to take it. After a few minutes of being frozen, I picked it up and walked home as though it were mine.

When I got home I looked up where the power button was.

Yusuke: Hmm... So it's located near the... "umbilicus"? Oh the belly bottom.

I lifted up the shirt of the APA and found the button.

APA:

Checking for viruses: Negative

Checking for interior damage: Negative

Checking for exterior damage: Negative

Battery percentage: 5% and rising

Amount of time before requiring charging: 25 minutes
