Although Fell didn't really feel that he was capable of birthing a plan better than the higher-ups there, Walter and the others still felt that his presence was necessary, and had asked for him to be part of the reunion.

The elevator opened, and a large corridor appeared in front of him. A man stood with his back against the wall, and Fell couldn't see his feature with clarity in the dimly lighted room. But just from the side of his face, he could see that the man gave off the impression that he didn't care about anything.
