In the room where the curtains were drawn to bar the sunlight from getting in, Song Jia woke up with the loud ringing of her phone that had been ringing for a very long time now. She groggily answered the call after checking the caller and closed her eyes again after putting it on her ear.
"Why are you calling so early in the morning, Wei Xin?" A yawn escaped her mouth.
"Early?" Wei Xin frowned at the other end. "Are you still sleeping?"
"Yes, I am very tired."
"My dear young miss it is past one in the afternoon." Just a small reminder from Wei Xin and Song Jia's sleep ran out of the window. She threw away the duvet and sat up in the bed, with her back straight as a ramrod.
She unlocked her screen and checked the time. It was forty minutes past one. She ran her fingers in her now messy hair with a worried look on her face. "Wei Xin, I will be—"
