While waiting on Caleb to come back, she had a few more drinks. Her mood was even worse than before because she saw that Justin had left.
"I bet he saw me. Was that why he left? Did I suddenly become an eyesore?"
She couldn't stop thinking about why he suddenly felt repulsed by her.
She stopped in her tracks when she saw him walk back to his seat. A light sparked in her eyes. She downed a few more drinks for liquid courage before attempting to stand up.
"Since the jealousy trick won't work, I'll go with the demanding plot," she said with determination.
She navigated her way to her dream guy. The moment he lifted his head to look at her, she sat on his laps. She felt his body stiffen under her. She smiled at his reaction. He was really too cute.
Using her index finger to trace his face, she winked at him and sent him an air kiss.
Justin stiffened even more. He had no idea what this crazy woman was trying to do.
"Bad boy, do you wanna follow this woman home?" She asked in a sexy voice.
By this time, his body had already relaxed. He liked that she came to him in her drunkenness rather than 'that guy.'
'That guy' was currently watching his friend flirt with her crush openly and cheered for her in the background.
Deciding to go with the flow, Justin replied, "what are you doing?"
"Follow this woman and she'll make you feel good." Her eyes were half closed. She really was drunk.
Justin wanted to laugh so bad at his cute darling, but he had to act indifferent. It was killing him.
"Who is this woman you're talking about?"
"Me of course. I like you. Follow me and I'll take care of you."
He really wanted to say yes. He wanted to go with her so bad but everytime he thought about grey, his resolve weakened.
"You're drunk Claudia. Go home," he said with no hint of emotion.
Caleb watching from behind the scene noticed his indifference, but Justin's eyes betrayed him.
"He's pushing her away, but his eyes are staring at her lovingly. Tsk... tsk... bad boy."
He walked up to them and took Claudia from him. Justin looked reluctant, but he still gave in.
"Sorry for the inconvenience."
He then went over to grab her purse before exiting Jazz with her in his arms.
Justin kept his eyes glued to her until he couldn't see her shadow anymore. His heart shattered all over again.
