Chapter 2 - Chapter 2: Caravan Stop

With the fuel at my hand, I go back to where the caravan is parked, under a modern looking caravan stop.

Did I drive myself here? I don't remember. At least I don't perfectly park the caravan under the stop.

At the stop itself, the caravan seems to in neat service with many mechanical arms connecting parts of the caravan. One arm connects to a picture of oil being poured into an empty slot, one arm connects to an electric symbol and one arm connects to a picture of a toilet bidet.

For the caravan itself, it looks metallic with some basic designs attached to it. Apologizing to the owner of the vehicle, I intrude upon the caravan.

My first impression is that everything looks white. I sneak around the room and see a pamphlet on a tabletop. There's a sink on the left and a stove on the right, I presume it runs on electricity because the design is similar to the home cooking shows I watch on television.

Looking at the pamphlet, the opposite of the tabletop is the bed/table area. When I press 1, a bed will appear before me. When I press 2, a table will appear instead. Since I'm reluctant to use someone's oddly clean bed and I'm not tired yet, I press 0 and the board closes up.

Further down the living area is the shower and lavatory (at least I won't get too smelly), even further I reach the car booth.

Very minimalist, as if the caravan is brand new.

I turn around to reach the driver's seat, where the key is already slotted to the engine. Sitting there and reading the pamphlet, the way to drive the caravan is familiar if I use the tools I learn at my driving lesson (thank god it is automatic), the only thing that is missing is the passenger's seat next to me.

I'm just...borrowing because there's nothing for me to use, right?

With a single gulp, I start the engine. The car sounds normal, shifting is fluid, lights & mirrors check, one screen lights up, then I see the display.

The screen shows me the distance between here and...somewhere new in this broad whiteness, all of them obviously too far for the caravan.

Then the fuel area, where there is only 1 single block.

That can't be a coincidence, isn't it?

I have to pour the fuel into the caravan myself?
