"Where's Fu Mian?" Klyn asks with a weak voice. "Did the hunters take her away?"
Huang Qiuyan doesn't answer. She eyes him with curiosity. He is one of the nine vampires, but she didn't see him at the hunters' headquarter.
"Klyn looks at the familiar woman. This is his King's mate. He sits up and begs to her, "Your majesty, please tell me that the princess is okay. I have committed a grave mistake by taking her out of the castle. I will accept any punishment. Before that, please tell me where Fu Mian is."
"She's fine." Huang Qiuyan gets the gist of the situation. "The king and his people saved her. She is back at the castle."
Klyn lets out a breath of relief. His eyes meet Huang Qiuyan's. He realizes that he's not wearing a shirt. Though he's a playboy, he knows better than playing with someone else's mate. He puts his arms over his chest. "Your majesty, I am sorry for... "
