As the door opens, my eyes are greeted by a familiar beauty.
Dressed in a simple white fitting T-shirt and denim jeans. Her hair is tied into a ponytail with bangs combo accentuating her laid back style.
Her youthful appearance have begun to dissipate and in its place is a woman's charms.. Her face baring no makeup exposes her small beauty mark on her inner eyelid of her right eyes, is the only blemish, if that, on the perfect surface.
Towering above her, I take my hands off the bags, opening my arms wide smiling at her shocked expression, "Honey… I'm home!"
"Dyl?...." She asks trembling as mist begins to form in eyes.
I nod my head slowly, "live and in the flesh"
Before another word is exchanged, she jumps into my arms, holding me as tight as she can, her head rests into my chest, causing a momentary loss of air, as she instantly starts hailing like a baby who has lost its mother.
