"I would say gaining a new friend, but I have a feeling you'll complain about receiving such a grandiose reward," Linkin said.
"Look at that. You already know me so well." William responded sarcastically as he started to make his way towards the exit.
Linkin followed next to him and said, "I figured you'd want something that's a little more tangible. So, how about I treat you to a few rounds of drinks?"
"That's a decent start. But don't think that a few drinks will be enough to win me over. For a Merchant, information is another form of profit. I don't plan on giving my hard-earned profit away when I have nothing to gain from it." William stated.
"Haha, I'm sure we can come to a reasonable agreement. Who knows? I may even have some information of my own that you'll find interesting." Linkin commented casually.
"Hmph, how can I trust the information when it's coming from someone so unashamed?" William scoffed.
