Chapter 75 - Chapter 44: Pendragon, Thee Who Forgets

Faith sat on a rock with a bag of seeds. She feeds the birds as she gazed into the bright blue that melded into the surrounding meadows.

"Found you," She heard Lucius she didn't look at "How did you know I'm here?" she asked quietly.

"Avalon so conveniently forgot about you; how could I not take the time to come look for you." As he snapped his fingers, his soldiers formed up behind him. Percival was also here.

"Even though you started a war with them."

"Since you know that Avalon, has completely forgotten about me. Then you came here knowing full well That you can't blackmail Arthur this time. So, what exactly do you want."

"Arthur and Guinevere got engaged before setting off from Camelot." Lucius said as his eyes sharped "The entire country forgetting a single person is not natural, but I believe you are the one who had did it."

"…." Faith said nothing as she feeds the birds. Lucius walked closer to her and immediately sat down next to her.

"Why did you?"

"…. Does it really matter to you?" Faith said not looking at him since he still has his charm magic.

"No, it doesn't" He took her hand and led her away.

"This is our temporary residence in Burgundy."

Faith looked around at her small room and simply said nothing. Until she looked at the vase of flowers. "Gardenias" Faith smiled happily at the flowers.

Lucius with a sweet grin embraced her. Which Surprised Faith shocked she couldn't help but look up at him forgetting he can charm people. This careless action without preparing herself left her somewhat seduced. As he gently took possession of her lips.

"Percival, I will leave Fay to you."

Lucius said as he let go of Faith and walked out of the room. She sat on her bed in disbelief that she had been charmed, due to her carelessness. Faith looked up at Percival.

"You are still being paid for your services," Faith asked

"Fay…." Percival started to say

"What are you today? Evil? Good?" she smiled

"How did you injure your shoulder? Does it hurt?"

"I see that you're good today!" Faith said "Both you and Lucius sure are sharp. To have noticed the small thing" But then she smiled again "This is self-inflicted" Like there were no problems

"Why did you do that," He asked.

"…." Faith dropped her smile for a moment "To prove something" she said cheerfully. "Celine," she said as a little red-haired Lolita appeared behind Faith. Surprising Percival. The little girl blinked twice at Percival before snuggling herself closer to Faith.

"Percival this is Celine, Celine this is Percival" She introduced. Faith took this time to glance out the window. She watched as the soldiers moved out.

"…."

[Next Day]

Faith stepped into the carriage, Celine holding her hand tightly. Percival joined them. Lucius wanted her to be in Rome as quickly as possible.

Faith looked out the window then after a few hours both her and Celine dosed off.

Abrupt Stop

Waking Faith up, but not Celine she was a heavily sleeping.

"Stay here" Percival jumped out.

After a moment with Percival not returning, Faith signed as she to walked out of the carriage.

Arthur pointed a sword Percival who had a slit wound and was on the ground.

"Percival!" She rushed to him. But didn't exactly reach because Excalibur was being pointed at her.

"This woman must be important, to Duke Lucius, otherwise way put all this trouble to bring her to Rome" Guinevere's sharp voice is exceptionally clear.

She looked at the group who had now become strangers to her.

"Your Majesty it would be best if you had not seen us," Faith said as she looked at Arthur's whose eye didn't have a shred.

"And why is that?" he said disdainfully.

"The ending to this Arthur wouldn't be pretty."

"How dare you call, his majesty by his name" felt offended.

"Percival" Faith casted a spell to heal his wounds, surprising everyone.

Arthur became even more guarded. Taking this chance Percival walked directly in front of Faith to defend her from Arthur.

"I'm not so weak you know," she said smiling at Percival. "Your Majesty will you fight us or withdraw. The choice is yours" Faith threatened him.

"You sure have guts. To threaten- "Arthur paused as a black sword was suddenly at his neck.

"Ahhh," Guinevere said in surprise. His Knights where suddenly on guard.

"I am not just any women Arthur. Doesn't that fact you didn't even see my sword coming to prove that" Faith said with a deadly expression. The Knights came closer and pointed the blades at her neck. "Percival, I can't defend myself" she repeated to Percival to get in to back off.

"Tsk, idiots," she said as it only took a second to cut her formers down. Kai, Lancelot, Bedivere, and Pavall all fell to them kneels with serious cuts.

"Wait" she heard Merlin's voice and withdrew he sword. She saw her student's face full of intense emotions. Something in which Arthur didn't fail to catch, it was the first time for him to see this type of expression that was just so sad. And all for this random girl.

"Why?" Merlin questioned

"Why not. Avalon was left to idiot" Faith expressionlessly.

"Teacher, you-"

"Shut-up, Merlin"

"How dare you-"Arthur was slammed to the group suddenly.

"Your Highness" Guinevere kneeled to him in worry. Arthur lifted his head to glare back. Only to tremble at the current expression she is making.

"No one told you to talk either, boy" Faith turned her head to her silent student. "Merlin you know what I hate the most…. Knights, I became one to prove something. Only to be told because I'm a woman, I'm weak. Self-gloating men" Faith aura grew darker and murderous. It put fear into the surrounding Knights hearts, including Percival. "Time and Time again I have proven who's is stronger. Who better, I have proven it, people have seen it, and yet it was all wasted effort. My strength to them was a lie"

Faith turned around her expression clear as water again. "Percival let's continue." She said lightly
