"This forest is safe," he said.
Glass signed at his response, the group most likely recently kidnapped her. Meaning they took the fastest way to get from Maxfield's sight. Jeju forest is known among the locals as the safest forest. You could travel around the woods without much incident. It's true that this forest is safe a lot of the time. However, that is a misconception.
"Jeju forest is safe most of the time, yes, butt…" She trailed off as Deacon frowned "Don't get the wrong idea that it is completely safe."
"Oh! What do you mean?" Deacon frowned looking at the girl's face.
"There is a reason why it's safe during most times," she said, "hierarchy is possible among beast too." As soon as she said that Deacon realized something that made his heart skip a beat, he got up and went towards Glass. "Beast, Creatures and even humans flock to the strong. However, for beast's of Jeju forest, it is fear." She said as he threw her on his back and took off. "especially now that the moon is full. A time when beast acts wildly on instinct" Glass held on to Deacon tightly, he's scared for his friends. It didn't take long for screams to be heard in the distance.
Deacon had reached the screams he had a group of six people and four of them laid in a pool of their blood dead while another was in the large beast mouth struggling and the other put underneath its paw.
"This is the King of Jeju Forest, the former god, Byakko, the white tiger," Glass said to Deacon as he dropped her to go help his friends. Glass did not like being dropped like that as she stood up feeling a ting of pain.
Deacon had gone straight towards the tiger, he shivered as he remembered what Glass had said about the beast. Glass thought he was a fool to head straight first without consideration. Glass was thinking to herself as Deacon fought against the Byakko dropping his friend who fell to the ground in pain and bloodied.
'Byakko is a former god so maybe.'
Deacon was smashed harshly against a tree which snapped under pressure he spat out blood. As Byakko was ready for the kill, he thought to himself
"Armilla, I'm sorry, I'll see you soon" his dead wife's image had sprung in his mind. Glass had stepped in between them, shocking both the Byakko and Deacon. As the monster claw had slammed down towards Glass leaving a cut on her face and three cuts on her arm as they bleed. Byakko roared at the small girl whose face was still calm.
Glass had quickly pulled out healing potions from her inventory and slowly throw them at Deacon not once moving her gaze from the Beast.
"Healing potions, Hurry," she said in a whisper towards Deacon so as not to alert Byakko. Deacon didn't have time to question where she pulled these out from as he took them and drank one.
"You are a former God, yes?" she said to the Byakko "So, you can speak, right?", her question surprised Deacon who was all healed from the potion
"hahaha." It laughed "Why would I speak to bald monkeys such as yourself?" Byakko had shocked Deacon and his friends silly when he spoke.
"Bald Monkey?" that comment ticked her off. She was a higher god then this brat, how dare he refer her as such. Glass was already mad at being poisoned in her sleep, although her mana pool was low, she had plenty had her disposal.
She wanted to fight this brat that dared to disrespect her.
Glass took a deep breath before pulling out a legendary sword from her inventory. To others, it looked like she had pulled it out of her dress. The weapon itself was unique in that it was wrapped around in bandages it looked like Kagura sword from Fairy-Tail except its sheath was blood red and emanated a deadly killing force.
Glass does have a passion for swordsmanship which she had learned from other worlds. The style she uses is called Slayer, one in which cuts without being seen. Glass soon disappears. Using her to dual elements of Light and darkness to teleport above Byakko before spiraling down and smacking Byakko silly in the face. The impact left a deep dent in the ground. Byakko who was full of himself didn't expect a little girl to take him down in one hit. Deacon was full of too many surprises today, looking at the ground he felt lucky that this girl didn't kill him.
"Who's a bald monkey?" she asked the Byakko who had been stripped of his pride. Glass had cut all of his hair off, he didn't know when she did it. "Hey" she looked at Deacon "I didn't give you extra's for no reason."
"Ahh." Deacon said as he remembers his two friends that had become unconscious. Byakko was thank-full for the small distraction as he tried to make his escape from this crazy little girl.
"Where do you think you're going?" she said as she smacks Byakko again with the sword. The Bald tiger was now sobbing inside. Glass had taken out a potion and feed it to Byakko. In a few seconds, he was healed with all his fur back.
"Bald Monkey, why have you healed me?" He said. Deacon and his friends who had now woken up were now confused as to why she healed the beast
Glass had taken out more potions and laid them on the ground "I'm mad of course" she said with a smile that didn't have a hint of malice.
"Bald Monkey, what does mad have to don with you healing me."
"You're the king of the forest, the sole reason why it's safe to pass. So, I won't kill you" Byakko started to have this bad feeling. "I also have plenty of healing potions that can heal you over and over again" her voice started change maliciously "It's time for this Bald Monkey to teach this Kitty a valuable lesson."
The next few hours went by with Byakko's screams, and pain as Deacon and his friend sat there in horror as Glass tortured the beast. Glass had let Byakko go when she realized it was early morning.
She signed and looked at the trio behind her
'now what to do with them.'
